Registration at Warsaw Agricultural University

As soon as possible after coming to Warsaw, you should contact the European Programmes’ Centre, International Relations Office (Centrum Programów Europejskich, Biuro Współpracy Miedzynarodowej), 166 Nowoursynowska St. (Block 8 on the attached map, room 14) dealing with all matters connected with your study at the Warsaw Agricultural University.
Office hours: Monday to Thursday from 10.00–12.00 am and 1.00–3.00 pm.

Documents required for registration:

  • 2 color photos,
  • confirmation of the grant allowed to study in Poland (if any),
  • proof of the necessary insurance,
  • proof  of a registration  at local  administration  of a commune  council  appropriate to the place of residence in
        Warsaw (Gmina Office/Urząd Gminy).
  • After registration at WAU you will get a Student Identity Card allowing for registration in the University Main Library and the Computer Center (as a student you may get your own e-mail account). The Student Card will also give you some discounts for the public transport, theatres, cinemas etc.
