  • Environmental and socio-economic factors in food intake and nutritional status of different population groups,
  • Preventive nutrition and diet therapy of chronic diseases and metabolic disorders,
  • The designing of composition and nutritive value of food for special nutritional use (functional food, dietetic food) and convenience food,
  • New techniques and technologies for improving quality and safety of food processing and catering,
  • Functioning of the food chain in market economy in Poland, including consumer behaviour,
  • The level and structure of consumption in different type of households.
