Introduction

ENOAS Summer Meeting IV, organised within the framework of the Avalon Network Project, was held in Poland, in Warsaw and in the region of Cuiavia-Pomerania, 25-29th of July 2005. It gathered 33 students interested in organic farming from all over Europe. Its aim was to share experiences and knowledge on organic farming among students at an international level. This was achieved by lectures, country presentations, workgroups and visits to farms, processors and shops.
