ENOAS picture: Sustainable energy in Turkey

In the summer of 2010 we visited Dedetepe eco farm:
"Dedetepe farm is a beautiful and ecological farm immersed in a valley of olive orchard in the Kaz Dağ region, in the Northwest of Turkey. It is one of the Buğday Association farms. (...) In fact they have no electricity and generate all needed energy by solar panels, wind turbine and water pump. The solar energy produces in the summer 225 watt during ten hours a day, the windmill on everage about 100 watt; all the surplus energy is stored in batteries. There is also an energy registration system to allow visitors to control their own energy use.
